Rich England, Post Adjutant of the Cripple Creek American Legion Post and Secretary of the Elks Lodge, passed on to the Post Everlasting. He was found on March 4, 2010 in his home by Post Commander Tas Blevins.

Rich was a great friend, a great Legionnaire and outstanding Elk. I will miss him.
