The members of Eaton Post 26 collected ever 300 Valentine Cards made by the students of Eaton, CO elementary and middle schools. The Valentines will be sent to an Army Unit in Germany.

Why I Love My Post

Well, Colorado Rocks!! Westcliffe Post 170 was in the 20 November 2009 issue of The American Legion Dispatch. AND Loveland's Post 15 was in the 21 December 2009 issue. Both Posts sent in an article about "Why I Love My Post", and the articles have been published. Way to go Tony!! See you in a couple weeks at Mid-Year. Hope to see many of you there.

Well, once again Westcliffe Post 170 will start the ball rolling for the "Bragging Post". November has been a busy month up here in Westcliffe. We had as a guest at our membership meeting: 1st Lt Paul Kempf/USMC was home on leave from Okinawa. He is now a member of Post 170. Paul's mother, Roxanne (now an Auxiliary member), asked the Post for donations for "Project Patriot".
